Kim joined Toniic in 2018 with 8 years of fundraising experience. Her most recent role was at The Nature Conservancy, where she worked closely with NatureVest to raise investment capital for a water conservation project in Texas. Previous positions were with Austin Habitat for Humanity, St. Edward’s University, and Agua Dulce Farm, an aquaponics farm in the start-up phase.

While working toward an MBA at St. Edward’s University, she became passionate about promoting impact investing as a critical tool for scaling social good through effective capital deployment.

Kim has been active in the nonprofit community, including serving on the board of the Texas Nature Project and as a leader in Impact Austin, a women’s giving circle.

In addition to the MBA, Kim holds a BA in Environmental Studies and Spanish from Southwestern University and a CFA certificate in Investment Foundations.

Beyond work, she enjoys being outside, biking, cooking, reading, rock climbing, yoga, and spending time with her husband, Michael.
