The team seeks an Member Support Associate (“MSA”) to interface directly with members to deliver an excellent member experience as well as support the back office aspects of running the organization well.   The MSA will be expected to perform clerical tasks in a well-organized and timely way. You will need to act proactively and without guidance while understanding the needs and characteristics of people with whom you work with.  A professional and friendly demeanor is important to not only get the job done, but to do it in a way that supports our warm and welcoming culture.

General Information

Location:  San Francisco
Compensation:  $60,000-$70,000 commensurate with experience
Reports to:   Managing Director, North America

Member Facing Responsibilities

  • Run member onboarding conversations independently to get them online and troubleshoot
  • Manage the teams’ calendars and coordinating meetings internally
  • Assist with member event organization including arranging logistics, member communication, event registration, organizing team travel, and event day support
  • Management of Sales Force member database, running queries and reports, and managing campaigns
  • Follow up on survey questions and completions

Office Responsibilities

  • Serve as a point of contact with members, executives and employees/contractors
  • Manage the teams’ calendars and coordinating meetings internally
  • Recording meeting minutes where required and integrate follow-up items with our online project management system
  • Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
  • Maintain organization online data storage system
  • Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing information
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Complete manual data entry tasks with attention to detail with a focus on future automation wherever possible
  • Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory and procure promotional items for our member events

Skills

  • Proven working experience as a executive assistant
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge and English proficiency
  • Previous experience with Salesforce is highly desirable
  • Experience with Google Drive and DropBox Business a plus
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills and attention to detail
  • Discretion and confidentiality is a must
  • Professional demeanor and friendly and welcoming attitude toward members
  • Event planning and travel logistics experience a plus
  • Experience in the financial services or investments field a plus
